Three Anointed Women of God • One Powerful Afternoon of Worship
“On November 22nd, Felecia Beverly, Elaine Sanders Mayfield, and Katrice Cornett are joining together for the very first time as JUST US – three sisters in Christ with a heart to glorify God through song.
Hosted by Christ Baptist Worship Ministry under the leadership of Pastor Claybon Bogan, this is more than a concert – it’s a Worship Experience designed to bless the community, lift up Jesus, and sow into the lives of independent artists.”
Elaine Sanders-Mayfield was born in Frankfurt, Germany to Deacon Cleveland and Missionary Pearlie Sanders was the 8th and last child of the Sanders children. After her father’s retirement from the military, her family took up residence in Willingboro, NJ. A large portion of the family still remains in Willingboro today.
She began singing at the age of 6 and attempted her first solo at 12 years old. She seriously accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior in 1972 and was baptized at the El-Bethel Baptist Church of Trenton, NJ, where the Rev. Dr. John A. Gaines was her pastor. Elaine continued on her Christian journey, growing in the word and ministering as a soloist, with her family and other gospel groups. Elaine sang background for Tramaine Hawkins for 2 years and opened concerts for such greats as Richard Smallwood, Ernest Pugh, and Tamela Mann. She was a member of the group Arneld Dupree and Company for 33 years, singing across the tri-state area. Additionally, she is an active

Katrice Cornett is an independent recording contemporary worship artist whose eclectic style is a testament to her passion for spreading the light of the Lord through music. As an Inspirational, Contemporary, Neo-Christian, Worship artist, Katrice combines her authentic heart for worship with her unique, smooth, neo-soul, sultry, and jazz tones. Her music creates an atmosphere of worship that is both uplifting and transformative, guaranteed to move hearts and lift souls.
From a young age, Katrice displayed her emerging talent. At just four years old, she captured the hearts of her audience with a powerful rendition of “Oh Happy Day” by Edwin Hawkins, under the guidance of her father, the late Donald W.T. Cary. Recognizing her talent, her father nurtured her vocal abilities, setting her on a path to use her gifts to inspire those around her.
